1. All products you buy from us have clear origin
All of our products are imported, and have clear origin. We want to create the customers confidence in our products, and make them feel safe when purchasing and using ours.

2. How long does the warranty last?
-All of our products are guaranteed and exchanged in the first 7 days (for the valuable products, depending on specific ones, are covered by longer warranties).
-Customers have the right to check the products before receiving and pay the shippers by cash.
-Our shop will give customers a five-time refund if the products are found to be fake or inaccurate compared to the advertisement.
-Customers will be advised on the products by the customer care staff when needed.

3. Warranty Terms?
-Customers buy products from our shop and discover the defects before using them (the defects resulting from manufacturing).
-The products are still in warranty period (7 days return and exchange).
-If the 7-day warranty expires, our shop will support customers to exchange for the new product with the lower price if they want.
